散步 → Sàn Bù → Take a walk
One habit that’s increasingly clear since my arrival in China has been put into a word I learnt today. Having no actual car to drive, I’ve always walked everywhere. Once you get over the occasional fatigue, walking is a great time to unwind. Going back to yesterday’s word, walking large laps around the city block is a great way to clear your head. If you haven’t already, I would encourage you to definitely take a walk every now and then. Plug in your iPod/Zune (assuming people still use it), get into some nice shoes and start walking. You won’t regret it.
