Toastie @ Seven Seeds

Their menu has definitely changed since I last ate here, but they do have a good reputation, particularly for their coffee.

Banh Mis @ Hanoi Hannah

I guess the flavors aren’t the most authentic, but I could never hate a sandwich with fried chicken or pork belly inside. They’re available for a quick, cheap lunch.

Bun Bun Bakery

The sandwiches are delicious, the fillings are generous (the pâté in the mixed ham was surprisingly tasty), and the spring rolls are ten for $5!! No wonder, there’s a crazy queue for such a simple báhn mì joint. If only they’re not all the way at the edge of the city.

Cuban Sandwiches

This place was pretty good. The salty cured meats were balanced out by the pan cubano, sour pickles and the mac and cheese croquettes on the side. I’d share this with you, but unfortunately like that Israeli place, this place has also since closed down.

Katsu-sando @ Wagyumafia
