Dosas @ Singapore Chinatown

Dosa was nice and crispy, Sambar and accompanying sauce was spicy, and the iced teh tarik cools everything back down. Simple but satisfying, and the price so low at a hawker center. Forgot where this is exactly but there’s plenty like it in the hawker centers throughout Singapore.

The King @ Royal Stacks

Honestly, I probably enjoyed the chilli cheese fries on the side a lot more. Other good burgers served here, but definitely get the chilli cheese fries on the side.

Milanese Lasagna @ Lasagna Lab

Braised beef osso buco with saffron bechamel. Unexpected but interesting flavours for a lasagna, fitting for what the restaurant calls itself. Worth dropping in and trying their weekly-changing specials!

Bun Bun Bakery

The sandwiches are delicious, the fillings are generous (the pâté in the mixed ham was surprisingly tasty), and the spring rolls are ten for $5!! No wonder, there’s a crazy queue for such a simple báhn mì joint. If only they’re not all the way at the edge of the city.

Snoopy Garden

Cute little park in Jeju. Big treat for Charlie Brown/Snoopy fans, but a fun stroll for anyone else.
