心 → Xīn → Heart (mind, feeling)

Today’s word is probably slightly more uniquely presented, as I won’t be writing much today. During classes, I was shown the history of several Chinese letters based on their appearances in reality. 心 was weird, since from what I see, it didn’t look at all like the heart or the mind:
