舍适 → Shū Shì → Comfortable (cosy, snug)

I believe I’ve said this before, but I guess after nearly one month here, I’m starting to feel quite snug here. I’ve learnt quite a lot, and most of it isn’t the language. When I first arrived, I’ve thought several times if learning Chinese in another Asian country would be just as beneficial. I realised that being here is more than just the language, you also learn how to not only apply it, but to apply it in China. There are certain nuances of life here than other countries, by multiple factors, and I’d say that is why learning the language here is very beneficial.

Here’s to another two months.
