Snoopy Garden

Cute little park in Jeju. Big treat for Charlie Brown/Snoopy fans, but a fun stroll for anyone else.

Thai Chicken Rice @ Khao Man Gai

Tastes a lot like Hainanese Chicken Rice. Still really good regardless. You can find them right where other good (albeit touristy) restaurants are.

Cuban Sandwiches

This place was pretty good. The salty cured meats were balanced out by the pan cubano, sour pickles and the mac and cheese croquettes on the side. I’d share this with you, but unfortunately like that Israeli place, this place has also since closed down.

Broken English 36

Snapped this in one of those tourist trap restaurant in Siem Reap. You’d think if the guides all push the foreign tourists towards the same restaurant, they’d at least spell the menu items correctly…

Pancakes!

When American breakfast foods are like dessert… you have them for dessert. Lots of different chains across Australia, but The Pancake Parlour is quite good.

Lamb Shanks @ Platform 270

Despite it being technically “Spring”, the lamb shanks and polenta goes very well with the winter weather that isn’t letting up. They’re right next to Flinders Street Station, hence the name.
