结束 → Jié Shù → End (finish)

After a bit of tension, I’m glad to finally finish 3 months of 汉语 (Chinese). Not sure how I scored on any of those tests, but I guess I’ll find out very soon. From now on, though, it’s relaxed entertainment, packing up and, unfortunately, sad goodbyes to friends alike.

The phone calls, though, the phone calls. Saying goodbye to a friend’s face is hard enough, but having to call people who live in a distance and do so. Not only I have to technically call, but to me it just feels super awkward to call and say I’m leaving, though now I think about it it’s probably because I haven’t seen said friend too often while I’m here.

Still, farewells are never easy, nor happy.
