DJ Take

FLOW was in town, and we jammed to lots of anime music through the night.

Singapore Chinatown

I make it a point to layover as long as feasible whenever passing through Singapore. Sometimes it’s the fabulous food, and sometimes it’s window shopping and nightlife.

Ximending

Aside from the less-expensive-but-trendy fashion, there’s a surprising amount of anime/geek stores here.

Tsutenkaku Tower

During my visits to Osaka, I seem to be always be drawn to this place around sunset, probably because of its proximity to Nipponbashi and Denden Town (the Akihabara of Osaka). Finally took the journey up the tower to take in the views. Pay a little extra, and you get to take a slide down the bottom-third of the tower!

Universal City at Night

The establishments on the strip leading out of USJ’s main entrance were lit-up to greet those heading out right as the park closes.

Dotonbori is Lit

The food is ‘rip-off’ expensive though. I’d still to a plate of takoyaki and maybe some okonomiyaki.

Kabukicho is Lit

It’s also rife with overpriced food and tourist traps, but the lights and bustle just makes you smile…
